Review of Ashley Adams’ cleaning service

Dear Neighbors, I wanted to give a review of Ashley Adams’ cleaning service: I hired her for cleaning my apartment for my move out at the end of last month. We were in constant communication about the dates and she gave me an impression that she is flexible. We decided it would be 7 pm at night on July 1. But on the day of the job she was a NO SHOW. No response to calls, texts or emails. She did not inform me about her inability to do the job prior during the day and hence I could not arrange for another service. I ended up cleaning the 2 bedroom apartment the night before our move upto 3 pm and the next morning. We ended up leaving mid afternoon the next day. I do not wish to harm anyone’s business especially a woman’s business, but that significantly affected my move. It was irresponsible of her and she exploited the trust of this listserve. I do not recommend her to anyone. If you do hire her please have a back up ready.
