Dear Fellow Homeowners, We are downsizing, selling our house, and moving to an apartment just down the street. A Home Inspection brought to our attention some routine maintenance which, if we had not been alerted to the issues, could have caused serious and expensive maintenance problems down the road. A home inspection is not very expensive. It might be a good idea for homeowners to have an inspection once in a while to identify minor repairs before they become major repairs. Family Photos

Neighbors We would like some family photos done in the next week or two before the leaves all fall down. Our usual photographer (AKA dear friend) moved to VA last year and we are in need of our annual pictures. We don't need professional shots, someone with a nice camera and a good eye would be ideal. Last year we paid $50 for a 30 minute photo shoot on the PTS lawn. We are super chill about these pictures. I have a Canon T2i with a few lenses if you are comfortable using that, then I can even edit them myself. Just need someone behind the camera. Anyone interested?
