Greetings! May your 2018 be off to a fine start! The new calendar year brings class to a new location at the First United Methodist Church for the colder season of 2018. The church is located at 5401 Centre Ave. 15232, catty-corner to Shadyside Hospital. Class will take place in the Chapel, please enter from the S. Aiken entrance, the Chapel borders the hallway of the most recent addition to the building. To continue with reflections on the Sutras (sacred thead or aphorism) with Sutra 1.5: "To observe the coloring <http://swamij.com/witnessing.htm#isthisparticular> of our thought patterns is one of the most useful practices of Yoga, and can be done throughout the day.
