The Highland Park Community Council Kids' Committee is hosting its annual 4th of July Parade. Kids of all ages are invited to decorate their bicycle or wheeled vehicle of choice and then show off their handy work with a parade around the fountain. When: Tuesday, July 4 at 10:30 a.m. Where: Highland Park -- meet near the fountain Supplies to decorate bikes, tricycles, wagons and anything else on wheels will be provided, as well as snacks. Hi neighbors! It was great seeing so many of you at the Bryant Street Festival earlier this month. Thanks for all of your support. I am emailing now to ask for your help. We have applied for a business loan through Kiva to help grow our business. I have 20 days to crowd source the $10,000 loan. Funding on Kiva is an all or nothing deal. So I would really appreciate your help!
