Waterproof Casts - Wilson's Pharmacy

If anyone is in about to be cast or has one currently that is not waterproof here's the place for you. After receiving so many incredibly helpful responses to my "casting" post just a few days ago this is one of the jems of information that came along - Wilson's Pharmacy. They are near Children's Hospital and the only place in the city that sells the waterproof cast. You have to purchase your own material from them, bring it to the hospital, they will use this material, and the regular fiberglass with the chose of colors on the top. Children's does not provide the waterproof cast, so make sure to pick the appropriate kit for you (arm or leg kit) prior to your appointment.

ISO borrow: for car seat airplane travel tomorrow

Hi! This is totally last minute, but does anyone out there have either one of those roller things that you can attach a car seat to so you can roll it through an airport OR a Diono travel bag? We're flying with a convertible car seat and I'm looking for something to make the process easier. I would need to pick it up before 3 pm tomorrow (I can make any time work between now and then) and we'd return from our trip next Sunday so I could return it Sunday evening or Monday any time. Maclaren Quest stroller for sale

Hi all, We are selling our Maclaren quest stroller. It was used by only 1 child and is in good, used condition. It has a small pocket on the back for storage and a roomy basket underneath. Dear Neighbors, On Monday, July 10th, multiple neighborhood organizations are sponsoring a Poverty Simulation at the JCC in Squirrel Hill in an effort to shed light on this issue, but also as a way to draw a diverse collection of people together to work towards insuring that all of our neighbors have the opportunity to share in the great things happening in our neighborhoods. This effort is part of the Circles program, which matches low-income residents (Circle Leaders) with middle and upper income folks (Circle Allies). It's an amazing national program that's getting amazing results, both locally and across the country.
