ISO baby gate & inflatable dog collar

Neighbors, Does anyone have a baby gate I can borrow or buy? I need it to block off my stairs. I would like to pick it up by this Sunday, as my dog is having knee surgery on Monday. This is a long shot, but if anyone has an inflatable “life saver” type of dog collar for a big (75 lb.) dog, I’m looking for one of those also. For the past year, I worked at a dog daycare where I gained a lot of experience handling a wide variety of dogs (i.e. temperament, size, activity levels).
