I need help finding a renter for a 2 bdrm, 1 bath nice-sized apt at Parklane Apts, 5700 Bunker Hill Rd - it's apt 904, Picasso floor plan, available August 1. Rent is $1145 including heat, a/c and water. I leased it because my house was to close on its sale on August 8th. But the sale has fallen through, and I really do not want to be stuck with the lease.
