water in basement?

Hi neighbors, We have a thorny problem we hope someone may be able to help with. Our previously dry basement has developed a leak somewhere around the bulkhead steps since we put a small addition and patio behind the house, despite drains having been installed and gutters cleaned. So far we’ve been unable to resolve it (and neither has the contractor who put in the patio). We’re stumped and wonder if anyone has a suggestion of someone to help figure this out. In-Home Childcare

Dear Neighbors, I am presently staying at home to take care of my little ones, aged 14, 5, 3, and 1. For the past six years, I have also been watching other children as well during the day. We have lots of fun together playing outside in our yard or in the park, visiting the library, reading, and doing crafts together. Recently I moved from Greenfield neighborhood to this side of town and am looking for families in the area who need child care. For now I am still watching one child, but he will be going to a preschool in September. I am CPR certified, have my PA child abuse clearances, love children, and have many happy parents of children I've watched that you could contact. Please let me know if you are interested. Early Morning Weekday Sitter

Hi neighbors, I am looking for an pretty regular babysitter for my 9 year old boy. Mostly I would need someone to come over on mornings when I need to be at work at 6:30 or 7am stay with him till camp at Sarah Heinz starts and then drive him there around 9:30- 10am. (And I will probably need help when the school year starts, again.) Ideally I would prefer you to come to my place, so he can sleep but I'm open to anything if we jive or whatever. This is gonna be a 3 day a week thing. But the days are gonna probably vary. I'm thinking I could pay around 50-60 bucks a day. But that's negotiable, too.
