Question about whether this is a good price for a patio

I am looking for a 200 sq ft patio with sand-set irregular tan flagstones 9 x 22 ft. Two sides edged with brick, the other sides will abut a flowerbed and concrete path. This will require 6" gravel and 1" sand/concrete dust. The quote I am getting is about $4000 and this seems a bit high. Anyone with experience here care to share what you think about this?

Do you need a pet/house sitter?

My sister and I have experience with pet and house sitting. I'm home from college for the summer (she'll be a Jr in HS this fall). I'm working part-time at Target but looking for some extra work. We're available for 2-3 times/day visits to play with, walk, and feed your pets. A family we worked for last summer asked for daily pictures so we're even happy to do that! We've got dogs, cats, birds, and fish at home so we are very comfortable with all the duties required :) We can do just one night, weekends, or a longer vacation if you don't want to kennel your pets while you travel. Can also bring in the mail, put out garbage, etc ... and we have a teenage brother who would be happy to weed and mow your grass while you're away!
