Childcare in my home (Friendship/Shadyside)

Hi! I'm currently a stay at home mom of a 6 months old baby girl. I have a bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education and a Masters from Duquesne University. I'm CPR/1st Aide certified. I have 10 years of experience working with infants/toddlers and school aged children. I'm able to provide services M-F during the hours needed. We don't have pets in our home and we don't smoke. I'm looking for 2 children to join us! It will be only 2 children plus my daughter. I'm planning to have story time, music, art and some cooking with them. I also would like to take them to the toy lending library, Carnegie library, museums and parks. Almost everything is between walking distance from my apartment. I would like to start on May 1st. FS: Brother laser and inkjet printers

For sale: Brother 5470DW laser printer. $90 o.b.o. Hate to give this up, it’s one of those pieces of technology that “just works”. Prints on both sides of the paper (auto-duplex) at up to 40 pages per minute (fast!), has AirPrint so you can print directly from iPhones and iPads, and includes wifi, ethernet and USB connections. I’ve printed 3068 pages (according to printer’s counter - including 100 or so envelopes) and don’t believe it’s had a mis-feed or any other problem. Bought new from Staples and I still have the box and manuals. The firmware was recently updated to 1.18 (which resolves the high power draw issue some people were having…). Toner is not new but it still prints fine; replacement toner runs ~$17 for 3rd party on Amazon. http://amzn.com/B0081TYO72 <http://amzn.com/B0081TYO72> Giveaway: Brother 5895CW 11x17" inkjet all-in-one Very good printer when we used it, includes wireless, wired, and usb connections (no AirPrint). Prints on paper up to 11x17". Auto-document feeder and large flatbed (A4 length) for scanning. Giving this one away because when it’s not used enough (once a week?) the print head can dry up and clog. I’ve cleaned it and got it working again, but it’s been at least a year now since we’ve printed with it at all. At least one ink tank needs to be replaced (Yellow). Scanner works great if you just need it for that! Curb Alert - Kid Items

We have finally gotten around to cleaning out our garage, and have four items for children that our kids have completely outgrown. One piece is in great shape, two are mediocre, and one is pretty bad, but we are going to put all of it out on the curb in a few minutes in case anyone wants it. Great shape: Plastic red wagon (disassembled; wheels, etc., inside wagon) Mediocre shape (could use a good scrubbing): toddler climber and sand table Pretty bad: Jogging stroller (super dusty, and has a deflated tire, but this thing was awesome for running around the park once upon a time) We are at 6228 Hampton St. There is a silver minivan blocking a view of some of the items - please be careful of that if you come for anything. Hope this can be useful to someone!
