Dear Highland Park residents, I've created a group on Facebook called "Highland Park Area Online Yard Sale (Pittsburgh, PA)". It is modeled, with permission, after an existing and thriving group in Fox Chapel (theirs is called Fox Chapel Area Online Yard Sale). Please consider joining the Highland Park group if you are a FB user and to add as many friends as you like to the site so that we can reach a nice volume more quickly. The idea is to have a ongoing, picture-friendly online yard sale in addition to supplement the selling tha already takes place on our list serv. This group is for items being bought/sold/exchanged IN Highland Park. Residents of the area are encouraged to join, as are other people who are willing to travel to the Highland Park to pick up or sell their items. Non-residents do not generally subscribe to our list serv. So this is a way to reach a wider audience. You can begin posting items at any time but please read the rules before doing so. If you are interested in helping as an administrator on the site, please let me know. No administrator makes any money from this. The site has been established purely as a community service. Hello neighbors! Have you heard of Kizomba? Kizomba is a nice and relaxing partner dance from Angola, Africa. Its musical roots come from the fusion of Semba (Angolan music) and Zouk music from the Caribbean. It's a beautiful dance to very delightful music... Steel City Kizomba, based in Pittsburgh PA, offers classes of all levels for whoever wants to learn the dance. We are excited to start a new session of our 4-week Kizomba Fundamentals on Thursday, October 22nd at the Kingsley Association. Join us and bring a friend! No partner required Kizomba Fundamentalsby Mike & MelissaOctober 22nd-November 12th7pm - 8:30pm Location: Kingsley Association in East Liberty Dance studio - 3rd floor 6435 Frankstown Avenue Pittsburgh PA 15206 Each week, this 90 minute lesson will help you build a solid foundation in Kizomba with: - Guided instruction in the technique of Kizomba as it is traditionally danced in order to establish a strong foundation - Education about the culture of Kizomba and its evolution around the world - Education about the music and different genres in its evolution A new cycle of 4-week lessons starts every 6 weeks (4 week lesson with 2 week break in between). snow tires for sale

I'm selling my snow tires that were on my '05 Civic EX. I will confirm the size with whoever is interested, they're in my garage and I'm not home at the moment. They were used for 4 1/2 winters, purchased after Snowmaggedon (so they missed all the fun stuff....) I do not drive far, so despite them being 5 years old they have probably only seen 20k miles max. They are in good shape. $75 obo. They will get you through this winter and probably next depending on how much you drive.
