Camera repair

Hi, I have a little digital Nikon camera that I was going to sell (it has never been used) but evidently some dust got on the lens and needs to be cleaned. Does anyone tinker with this sort of thing or can you recommend someone? The camera shop downtown wants $40 just to look at it - which doesn't include the price of the cleaning. I am only selling it for $60 so it isn't work it to me to pay $40+ to sell it for $60. Thanks Celeste St. Marie.
