New books at Little Library on Farragut

There was already some great stuff there (seriously, any kid into sci-fi needs to grab that Barlowe's Guide to Extraterrestrials), but we just made a big drop off at the Little Library on Farragut. It includes a bunch of True Crime by Ann Rule, Joe McGinnis, and John Douglas. Some Dean Koontz (don't judge us!), and various others like Seabiscuit, Krakatoa by Simon Winchester (good read), some Woodward and Bernstein, The Sound and the Fury (fancy!) and all kinds of random stuff. It's plenty stocked so this is a great time to revisit this great little resource. Keep on reading! -rob and jamie

Sweet cat looking for a home

This beautiful cat, Abby, is looking for a home. She was found as a stray with a huge wound that left a scar from her shoulder to her hip. She is a very sweet girl, around a year old, and loves cuddles and attention as you can see. She tolerates my friendly dog, but does not like other cats, and needs a home where she can be the only feline child. Abby is spayed and up to date on all shots. Hello Highland Park, Pittsburgh Fashion Week is the 22nd - 28th of September at Highmark Stadium (Station Square). It is their 5th year running - there are so many people that still don’t even know about it. Please spread the word it is going to be a fabulous week of Runway shows and Vendor events.
