Recommendations regarding Verizon cable?

Hiya neighbors I have had a nice young lady coming to mu house and offering to help me move to Verizon FIOS cable TV, Internet & Phone service. I am currently a Comcast customer and not really pleased with their service and what this lady tells me is that I can get basically what I have with Comcast from Verizon with some improvements in internet speed for about 1/2 what I am paying for Comcast. Anyone have any experience with this latest things from Verizon and are you happy with their service?? Any recommendations for us? Thanks, Brian

Tomato plants

I have about 15 extra heirloom tomato plants that are out on the steps for you to take. Some are tagged, G for green zebra, B. For brandywine, OX for ox heart, or S for mr. stripey. Those untagged are one if these. All are delicious. They are quite small but with some TLC, sun, and patience, all can be bountiful. Pay it forward! These are free for the taking, however please consider making a donation to either the Animal Rescue League or the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank. update on shoes for Ghanian children

Hello Everyone, I'm so touched and exited by all the responses I've been receiving! Here's a bit more info that I should have included before. The childrens' age range is 3-16yrs. I'm not sure what sizes they are. (I don't have kids.) From what I've read that's 9 - 7.5 for boys and 8 to 6.5 for girls. Is that right? I'm primarily looking for sneakers and tennis shoes. In general shoes that are enclosed, to keep out dirt and water. So sandals or perforated shoes wouldn't be a good idea. Also, the more collapsible the shoes the more I can carry. I do not yet have a number on how I can carry. I am looking for a bigger bag, and see what I can do. Thank you all so much for your generosity and kindness! I'll keep guys in touch with any new info.
