Hey everybody, We just got a beautiful pup and even though he's house trained, he's got a lot of anxiety about being left home alone. We were super reluctant to do crate training (so many stories of owners utilizing the crate as punishment), but we've found a lot of resources about how to make the experience normal for an anxious dog rather than a nightmare. We know that many of you will be putting out your stuff for the yard sale tomorrow - just wondering if any of you will be putting out an appropriate sized crate :] Thanks! Nic

I'm selling a thin quilt/bedspread that is in like-new condition. I can't find any tags on it, but I'm pretty sure it is king-sized, and would definitely fit a queen-sized bed. Saint Clair (first rowhouse next to Parkland Apartment Building), including: working TV, under cabinet microwave, toddler bed frame, bathroom vanity, toys, children shoes (size 10-12), women's shoes (size 7.5-8), women (size small-medium) and girls (size 3-6) clothing, moving boxes. Hi neighbors! We will be participating in the yard sale tomorrow, in the flea market section at Bryant and Highland. We have maternity clothes, mostly mediums, some large, and lots of baby clothes and accessories, NB through 3/6 months. If you or someone you know is pregnant, stop by because it will all be seasonally appropriate for you!!! I also have some non- maternity ladies clothing. Call for Volunteers - Yard Sale Ambassadors

I need your help. Listings are ready. Weather will be 80 and sunny. Ads are placed. Everything is ready except that there is no one to hand out the 1200 map listings and assist visitors the day of the yard sale. The task is easy to do and gratifying. People coming to the neighborhood are appreciative when someone offers them a map. This is a good activity for parents and children to do together. There is a lot of activity and smiles all around. There will be a certificate of appreciation for community service for any child or teenager who lends a hand. There are two shifts, from 9-11am and from 11-1pm. There are stations at the corners of Highland and Stanton, Negley and Hampton, Bryant and Highland, and St. Clair and Bunkerhill. Please lend a hand and help the Highland Park Yard Sale!
