I observed this in my rear view mirror. I dialed 911 and told the operator. I turned my truck around and drove slowly down the alley and stopped just in front of him. He ignored my presence at first and then realized I was watching and stared back at me before walking by my truck and muttering curses at me. He then used the sidewalk behind the 5600 Hays block. Eventually he made his way up Hays toward Obama Academy. I called back and updated 911. I also requested to speak to the officer. I received a rude call back from 911 telling me that I did not need to speak to the officer since I was not "on scene" (at this point I was over by Home Depot). It is a shame that some 911 operators are dismissive of citizens concerns. I did call back and speak to a supervisor. If we are to fight crime we need to work as a team. Free: compost bin and compost. Bin is made of wood with metal screen. Has two latches. Bin is currently almost full of a mix of mature compost with straw/veggies/grass on top. Must haul both bin and compost. Pictures attached.

We have a (very large) window air conditioner unit to get rid of - it's free for the taking. Sorry I don't know the specifics on it, other than to say that it's a Maytag, it's really big (and pretty heavy), and it works. It's on our porch at 1105 De Victor if anyone wants it. Megan
