Hello Neighbors, My name's Austin Killian and I am a sophomore majoring in Finance and Marketing with a minor in Econ at the University of Pittsburgh College of Business Administration. I am also the local branch manager in Highland Park this year for College Works Painting. CHECK OUT OUR WORK IN HIGHLAND PARK: SEE ATTACHED PICTURES, CLIENT REFERENCES AND REFERENCE LETTERS. Many of you may have had your home painted by my mentor Justin Brown last year. Like him, I understand that your home is your biggest asset, and I will treat it as my own. Justin has been putting me through the same extensive and rigorous training he went through and will be supervising my job sites this summer. I know it may seem early for estimates, but right now is my goal is to knock out all of my estimates before final exams in April! That way, I can focus on providing quality work during the summer, instead of marketing and sales during the summer. We're continuing to expand our offerings and are excited to finally be carrying incredible infused honeys from Apoidea Apiary in Shaler. Beekeeper Christina Neuman creates flavorful herbal infusions as well as a line of spicy, chili-infused "fire honeys." And don't forget, in addition to our Californian extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars, we have locally-made jams and jellies from The Berry Patch in Ligonier, and on Saturdays we carry breads from La Gourmandine Bakery (day-old bread is half off on Sundays!). I am interested in moving when my lease is up July 31. If anyone knows of a decent 1-2 bedroom that will be opening then, please contact me. Must have laundry facility on site, parking, and allow cats. Howard West Properties is my current landlord and Mr. West prefers to keep drug dealers, addicts, hoarders, and prostitutes on his property. So, I am looking for a safer place to live.
