Help! Our sweet little white and caramel colored papillon mix went missing this evening whilst at home with a babysitter. We live on Avondale street and one of our neighbors mentioned chatting with some kind individual driving around with her in the car looking for her home. Hello Highland Parkers, No, am not making a kleenex box holder or a tea cozy, BUT, I do need the sheets--Not sure of the sizes they come in, but 8 x 12 or larger would be great. I only need one or 2 sheets. I would love them to be a donation for which I can gift you a handcrafted note card or a pair of handcrafted earrings!!!! ALSO: To those who have asked about my card/earring collections: 1. I DO make house calls to sell my products.2. You can make an appointment to visit my home and view my collections. (I have already seen a numer of you--THANKS!!!)3. I DO take custom/personalized photos from which I make the card(s). 4. If there is a particular card that you have seen and liked, I can make multiples. (You can see some samples of my work at Tazza D'Oro!!!) 5. The second annual ReuseFest, presented by the Pennsylvania Resources Council with support from the American Eagle Outfitters Foundation, will take place on Saturday, August 3, 2013, from 9 am to 1 pm, at the Goodwill Workforce Development Center (Lawrenceville), 118 52nd Street, Pittsburgh PA 15201. ReuseFest is a one-day collection event for materials destined for reuse. This year's event includes local nonprofit organizations Global Links, Construction Junction, Off the Floor, Pittsburgh Center for Creative Reuse, Goodwill, FreeRide and the Animal Rescue League. All of these great non-profits will be collecting materials for FREE for reuse such as: bikes, medical supplies, usable building materials, gently used furniture and mattresses, clothing and household goods, art supplies, pet carriers and much more. All materials donated will be reused in some fashion, whether resold, repurposed or given to those in need in our region and around the world. The event flyer is attached for your review.
