*Hi Neighbors, I am posting this for my good friend Brad. He is tutoring my 16 year old in Math and she says, "I learned more in that first hour session with Brad than I have ever learned in Algebra!" I was shocked and excited and needless to say... we are continuing with lessons every week. I highly recommend him. See his blurb below. Take care everyone, Taryn * Hi--I'm Brad Yoder, and I'm looking for private tutoring work, in math (through Pre-Calculus), languages (German or French), and any general homework help (English writing or grammar, content-based classes such as history, social studies, etc.) I spent over 15 years coordinating an after-school tutoring program for a local non-profit, and also 11 summers teaching foreign languages in summer immersion programs, in Minnesota and Vermont. I have experience working in a variety of subjects, and with students of all different ages, abilities, and learning styles. I believe strongly that every learner has the potential to be successful, in any subject! I'm also a working musician, and have given lessons and workshops in acoustic guitar, saxophone, improvisation (for winds or strings), music theory, and songwriting.
