[Highland Park] looking to buy our first home

Hi neighbors, My wife and I are looking to buy our first home. We've lived in Highland Park for three years, so our most-wanted neighborhood list includes HP, Morningside, and Stanton Heights. We're also interested in Swisshelm Park, Squirrel Hill, Point Breeze, and certain parts of Greenfield. We don't know much about the Northside, but it's not out of the running. We have two dogs and a kid, so we need a place with a yard to romp in. Three bedrooms and off-street parking would be lovely, but negotiable for the right house and location. We're constantly checking the online listings, and we have a realtor helping us out. But we know there are properties out there that aren't listed, or aren't listed right away. If you hear of any, we'd sure appreciate a heads-up (via reply-all, if you don't mind). Thanks! Paul and Sarah

[Highland Park] Lifeguard for Swim Program at Obama Afterschool

Hello! I am looking for a lifeguard for an afterschool swim program at Obama one day a week for about an hour and a half from mid May to early June. Pay is $10 an hour. The swim program is for students K-3 from Dilworth and their parents/guardians (both of which will be in the pool). Please let me know if you are interested and your availability! Hi neighbors! We are looking for a reputable dog sitter in Highland Park for our two dogs to use while we are out of town for a long weekend in the near future. Must be able to take care of the dogs in their own home and be able to give one of the dog's who suffers from allergies a little extra TLC if things flare up for him (applying salve to hot spots, putting supplements in his food, bathing him with soothing shampoo if things get too itchy...). Both boys are very friendly and happy! One is small in size and the other is medium.
