I'm looking for someone to volunteer to help with clerical work in my office which was downsized last year due to budget constraints. Good evening neighbors. I am renting a 3 bedroom apt on Farragut Street located in Highland park and I am looking to rent one of the rooms out to a someone who i s GLTB friendly. Its a beautiful apartment, hardwood floors. livingroom, kitchen and dining room and off street parking. You have 2 rooms to choose from.. one room has carpet the other does not but its a smaller room. Rent is 445.00 month plus half of the utilities. The house is furnished but you will need to provide your own bedroom furniture. I do have a small, well behaved dog... So I cant allow other pets per landlord. I would love to find someone that is mature acting and clean...I am not a clean freak but I like to have my place looking nice. Greetings, I have 1 Pioneer Tuner / Power Amp ... and 1 Techniques Tuner / Power amp, that work ok but in need of cleaning to be perfect, because of some scratchy switches etc. ( Radio Shack Spray Tuner Cleaner would do it ) and 1 pair of Yamaha 2 way Stereo Speakers. The 2 tuners are being stored in 2 small old suit cases that must go with the deal. Pick them up and they're yours. Email and we can find a time that works. Thanks, Steve Karl
