Hey Neighbors! My roommate is moving out and we're in need of someone to sublet. It is 1, 13x13 bedroom in a 3 bedroom half duplex by the park is available for sublet from May-July 31st with the possibility of renewing the lease. It's a beautiful apartment with nice neighbors and an attentive landlord who lives in the neighborhood. Use of washer and dryer in the basement with room for storage, as well as a garage and basement in the back. Rent is $450 plus gas, electric and cable/internet. I'm 28, female, soon to be graduating with my Masters in Social Work. I also have a 5 year old lovable lab/st. bernard mix, so a dog lover is a must.
