Hello Neighbors, I bought this blazer last winter (online) and when it arrived it didn't quite fit me well but I held onto it for a few months thinking that might change, but it hasn't. I'd like to post a positive comment in response to Brett Mason's email. He does truly beautiful work and I would encourage anyone who owns a Highland Park home to consider having him do a painting of it. I am not a home owner but some good friends of mine on Heberton Street had a painting done and it is simply gorgeous. I have never met Brett and he has no idea of who I am; I am only doing this because I have seen his work and I can attest to the quality. There are so many beautiful homes in Highland Park and he can capture that beauty. Nancy

Hi Neighbors, I have an antique rocking chair that I would like to sell and have attached a picture for you. I had it appraised and found out it is a "modern style" rocker from the 1930's. The appraised value is between $65.00 and $125.00. Because it is in only good to fair condition I would sell it for $65.00/OBO. It is a solid piece of furniture and still in good working order. *Come One, Come All! - To the East Liberty 2011 Rain Garden Installation Day!* On *Saturday, October 29th, from 9 AM to 1 PM*, East Liberty Development, Inc. will be hosting a fun and educational volunteer work day. Funded by the Heinz Endowments, ELDI will be *installing three residential rain gardens into the East Liberty neighborhood; but they need your help to make it happen!* Curious about what a rain garden is? They're super cool - Check it out: http://www.raingardenalliance.org/ If you do come out on that Saturday to volunteer, you will not only make an impact on our environment/community, but you will also become familiar with rain garden design and installation. I have a couple of items up for sale today and have attached pictures for you.... A set of 4 mugs from Pfaltzgraf. Each mug has a white background with large blue flowers and holds 10 oz. They are microwaveable and dish washer safe. Though they have been used, they are in good condition with no chips, etc.. The set of 4 is up for sale for $5.00. A 6 foot runner in light tan/beige with a rubber backing. This item has never been used. Great for a hallway and machine washable/air dry. For sale $7.00.
