FYI: If you hire a "contractor" or a "handyman" they have to be EPA Certified and you MUST have a copy or the actual certification on site. If the "person/contractor/handyman" is NOT certified You AND THE "person/contractor/handyman" will be fined so that money you so wanted to save could cost you a years wages! Any "person/contractor/handyman" that is not certified will be turned in and checked on as soon as complaint is received. These un-certified "people" that give you that "cheap" price are putting you and your family at risk by spreading Lead & Asbestos dust/particles etc for you and your family to take in and are "killing" the industry and you for the companies that are COMPLETELY Certified that can't give the "scab-non-certified" prices. The trainings, the standards, the materials that ensure that you will be safe cost money which are not cheap. I hope this will enlighten those of you to what the standards are out there and being enforced. So, when you are looking for a $100.00 paint job it might cost you $1000's in the end and possibly your health. Greetings, I have 1 Pioneer Tuner / Power Amp ... and 1 Techniques Tuner / Power amp, that work ok but in need of cleaning to be perfect, because of some scratchy switches etc. ( Radio Shack Spray Tuner Cleaner would do it ) and 1 pair of Yamaha 2 way Stereo Speakers. The 2 tuners are being stored in 2 small old suit cases that must go with the deal. Pick them up and they're yours. Email and we can find a time that works. Thanks, Steve Karl

The First Annual Arts and Craft Fair will happen this Friday and Saturday, Dec.3&4 from 10 am to 4 pm at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church at 5801 Hampton St. There is no admission fee. Do your shopping with us. We will have jewelry, pottery, baskets, baby items, fiber art, framed pen and ink drawings, art vases, backpack purses, vintage style purses, animal print totes, jeweled eye glass holders, old fashion hat pins, hand knitted items, handmade papers, etc. We will have baked goods from Sweet and Savory catering. Hi, Some time in mid December we will start the remodeling of our bathroom by combining a small powder room and main bathroom. The plan, in short, is to have a much larger bathroom. The plan also calls for taking everything out of both rooms, i.e., the vanities (19" and 31"), medicine cabinets and so on. The existing items are fine. It is just that they are not the right size and style. Attached are several pix to give you an idea of what we are selling. So if anyone is interested in buying the items involved we will be happy to provide pricing which will be very reasonable.
