[Highland Park] Free containers and soil for container gardening

We have some plastic bins and five-gallon buckets that we have used for three years for backyard container gardening. They are not much to look at, but they're sturdy. We have grown tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, and lots of herbs with good success. They all have drainage holes drilled in them, and they're filled with a combination of potting soil and compost. We will not be using them next spring, so we're giving them away.

Hello neighbors! I have some glass block that was just removed from our bathroom window, free to a good home. I have 15 pieces of 7.75" x 7.75" square, and 2 pieces of 7.75" x 4" rectangular. We have found Maria, thanks to a tip that she was wandering in the southern direction. She appears unharmed and surprisingly unfazed by the whole thing. [Highland Park] Free: Older PC's

I have two older PC's free for the taking. First is an AMD K6-2 450 MHz, second is a Pentium 4 1.4 GHz with no video card. Several 20-40 GB hard drives, cd burners and readers, cables, and memory. These would be good for kids or someone wanting to experiment with building or working on PC's. I would like it all to go together if possible. Email me directly for pickup info. FYI, I have used this company twice and they are terrific. Show up on time, clean, professional, polite and reasonable in cost. Their technicians can do pretty much anything from plumbing to painting to youo-name-it. AND, if they need supplies, Home Depot is two minutes away. The first Annual Highland Park Art and Craft Fair will be held Dec.3 & 4 at St. Andrew's Episcopal. A fee of $25 is required for a table at the Fair. The money collected from the fees will go to the Homeless Children's Education Fund, Animal Friends, and a clean-up fee. Tables and chairs will be supplied.
