Hi Neighbors Just a reminder that this Sunday will be the last concert in our Reservoir of Jazz series at the park. We have been blessed with great weather this year (no rain-outs !) and folks have really been enjoying themselves. David Pellow will be performing from 5 to 7 pm. All concerts are free and open to the public. There are kids activities and food vendors. Grab a blanket and enjoy some great music as the summer winds down. We have had some great participation from volunteers this year and that help is greatly appreciated! Stop by the HPCC tent if you would like to lend a hand before or after the show. Hello Neighbors! This year marks the 15th Anniversary East End Cooperative Ministry's Orr Compassionate Care Center. This program provides a safe, welcoming place for men and women to recover after being discharged from a hospital after illness, injury, or surgery. The Orr Center is located in the heart of East Liberty (right behind Eastminster Presbyterian Church) and has been an important part of the community for fifteen years. EECM is celebrating this big birthday with a Community Barbecue. I hope you'll join us! Community Barbecue Sunday, September 21, 2008 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM Orr Compassionate Care Center (just behind Eastminster Church, and above East Liberty Family Health Care Center -- you'll see the tents) The menu includes chicken, ribs, greens, cornbread, lemonade, and (of course) birthday cake! [Highland Park] Printer Cartridges and Pepsi Points

Thinking that I was smart, I bought some replacement ink cartridges for my Canon printer before I actually needed them. When it was time to use them, I find that I bought the wrong ones. And it is too late to return them. Here is what I have: Staples brand, compatible with Canon BCI-6. Yellow, item 510021 Cyan, item 510013 Magenta, item 510017 There are too many printers that these will fit for me to list them all. If you are more aware of your printer than I am of mine, and would like these cartridges, let me know. I will let them go cheap. Also, I enjoy Pepsi. There are Pepsi Points on the lids, and I dont use them. Since I hate to throw things out, I figure someone can use them. If you have a use for Pepsi Points, and would like to have mine, let me know.
