[Highland Park] Fireworks advice

Hello Neighbors, This will be our first 4th of July in HP and we have friends coming in to visit for the week. We would love to do something like have a picnic dinner in a park and watch fireworks. The only trouble is, our friends are bringing their two year old with them, so we'd like to do something somewhere that we could see the fireworks, but they wouldn't be loud enough to scare the little one. We're not wedded to the picnic/park idea, so any and all suggestions are welcome! Thanks in advance for your advice. Hi We are looking for someone who would be interestered in taking care of our newborn starting in the Fall. I work from home 100% of the time so I would like someone who would be able to come to our house Monday-Friday. Maybe a stay-at-home Mom (or two who could split the week) who kids are older and in school? Or does anyone have Nanny reccommedations? Nanny Agenices? I don't have a problem with kids wading or splashing in the fountain, or dogs jumping in. I just don't see the harm. I do mind the people who mess around with the fountain mechanisms, as described in a neighborhood post earlier this month, but as long as there's no physical damage, I don't see a problem.
