[Highland Park] Community Plan Update

Thanks for your support of the Highland Park community festival "Community: A Celebration of Diversity" on Saturday, August 16, 2003, sponsored by the Highland Park Community Plan in conjunction with the Highland Park Community Development Corporation, Highland Park Community Club and East End Neighborhood Forum. The evening went off quite well and featured food, information, children's activities and good local musicians. The Highland Park Community Plan site now has some materials associated with the event available on-line: publicity flyer, agenda, article for HPCC newsletter reviewing the festivities. You can also check out the Community Plan website to download latest drafts of the community plan final document, including portions handed out at the community festival: <http://www.highlandparkcommunity.com/> Don't forget, the discussion boards on the HPCP website are available for you to post opinions about the community plan or the general state of the community.
